We have been very fortunate to have yet another ASTA meeting. Mindful of many restrictions being lifted we continue to practice COVID safety.

This was our last for 2020 a year many of us would like to forget. We are all looking forward to a happier 2021 with many adventures and creative ikebana.

To celebrate good times (fingers crossed) to come we finished with bright and festive arrangements. The idea of making a wreath for the front door took on a different slant – anything but round so members were supplied with a couple of 5 pointed bamboo stars. Adding anything from fresh, dried, painted and one wreath even chocolates as an addition. Silence rained while everyone beavered away creating either free standing or hanging arrangements.
