One Kind of Material Only

Written by Sandy Marker

It is always good to revise Textbook themes to stimulate one’s mind to thinking of new approaches and ideas for a single kind of material

Today’s ASTA workshop was conducted by Junko Daniels who executed three very different arrangements. One working with Flowering Quince (gorgeous branches with lots of movement). Another arrangement was with branches of African Daisies and the other with Arum Lily, which can always throw up challenges due to the soft watery stems. Thank you Junko for an inspiring demonstration.

With a great demonstration we set about creating our own arrangements with a huge variety of material. Enjoy the selection of images using ‘One Kind of Material Only’
