It’s my privilege to conduct a demonstration for May’s workshop where we explored the theme “Autumn Maze-Zashi in Basket.”

Maze-Zashi literally means “inserting a mixture of flowers,” and this style requires using more than five kinds of materials. We encourage members to find their autumn treasures: beautiful lines and colourful materials from their garden, fields, or wherever inspiration strikes! And we have a variety of Japanese baskets used for these delicate and beautiful arrangements.
