I cannot live in an environment without flowers. It is therefore quite naturally that when I arrived in Japan, where I lived for 7 years, I wanted to discover the Japanese Floral Art.
There are many Ikebana schools in Japan. I chose the Sogetsu school for its modernism and freedom of expression.
I quickly took immense pleasure while learning this Art. I became a teacher of Ikebana in 2016. But Ikebana is a learning journey and even today I am still learning and passing diploma. Sandra Maker accompanies me to find my own path.
This Art brings me serenity, peace and joy.
I am sharing my passion through workshops and Ikebana lessons in French, my mother tongue.
